​Vanessa is a Naturopath and Medical Herbalist with over 25 years experience in the field of natural health.  

She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Academic Excellence), Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy, Advanced Diploma in Herbal Medicine, and a Bachelor of Education.  She has completed hundreds of hours of professional development training in gut health, inflammatory conditions, genetic testing, auto-immune conditions, menopause, insomnia, stress related conditions, and actively pursues her professional education.​

As a practicing Naturopath for over 25 years, I have worked with a wide range of clients with various health issues.  I provide a natural approach to health and wellness.  Consultations involve careful information gathering, and taking the time to listen.  This allows me the opportunity to draw connections between multiple organ systems and series of symptoms. Only from this point is a treatment plan drawn up with you.  Lifestyle changes, dietary changes, a supplement plan, and sometimes further testing is recommended.
