Your initial consultation will usually be one hour.  This is a time of information gathering. It will involve comprehensive questioning about your past and present health conditions and reviewing previous test results.

Follow up consultations will usually be a 1/2 hour.  These will be scheduled in as appropriate to you in order to keep a track of your progress and make the appropriate changes to your treatment protocol.  The number of follow up appointments  necessary will depend entirely upon your case history and presenting symptoms.

The Initial Consultation (1 hour) will be a full assessment of your past and present health.  This may include:

- Referral for food allergy/sensitivity/intolerance testing
- Assessment of options for further testing ie. SIBO, Microbiome Mapping
- Individualised prescribing of appropriate naturopathic medicines
- Dietary assessment and recommendations
- Lifestyle recommendations
- Option of genetic testing to understand your unique genetic profile
